Dairy Free Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dairy-free butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
