Ingredients
  

  • 4 rockfish fillets about 6 ounces each

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place rockfish fillets in a baking dish.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange lemon slices on top of the fish.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
