  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat shrimp evenly.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
  • Remove shrimp from pan and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately with your favorite Mediterranean sides, such as roasted vegetables, couscous, or orzo pasta.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate shrimp in the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
