Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the lobster mushrooms and cook until browned and tender, about 5 minutes.

Deglaze the pan with the white wine and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
