Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, green onions, parsley, Cajun seasoning, crawfish tails, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom half of the bread.
Top with the remaining half of the bread and press together to seal.
Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Unwrap the bread and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
