Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 15 ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 15 ounce can corn, drained
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup uncooked macaroni noodles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
