Huevos Motuleños Recipe
Ingredients
For the refried beans
- 1 pound dried black beans soaked overnight
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- 4 large eggs

Instructions
